The Nemezink Recovery website is informational and presents services related to laser tattoo removal, tattoo lightening before a cover-up and laser permanent makeup removal.

Through the website, the user can read information about services, pricing, contraindications, aftercare recommendations, use the contact form or proceed to the external Booksy booking system.

3. Nature of the information on the website

The content published on the website is informational and educational. It does not constitute medical advice, diagnosis or a guarantee of achieving a specific treatment result.

The effects of laser tattoo removal or tattoo lightening are individual and depend on factors such as pigment type, depth of placement, age of the tattoo, location, color, skin condition, individual body response and following aftercare recommendations.

Final qualification for the treatment takes place during a consultation, after assessing the skin, tattoo or permanent makeup and discussing contraindications.

4. Appointment booking

Appointments may be booked through the external Booksy system, available at: nemezinkrecovery.booksy.com.

Use of the Booksy system is subject to the rules set by the operator of that platform. Nemezink Recovery is not responsible for the technical operation of Booksy, its availability or the rules of data processing by the operator of that platform.

5. Contact form and tattoo photo submission

The website may allow the user to submit a contact form, including name, email address, tattoo description and a photo of a tattoo or permanent makeup, for the purpose of an initial treatment assessment.

The initial assessment based on a photo is only indicative and does not replace an in-studio consultation. Exact qualification, contraindication assessment and the treatment plan are determined individually during the consultation.

By submitting a photo, the user declares that they have the right to submit it and that the photo does not infringe the rights of third parties.

6. Technical requirements

To use the website, the user needs a device with Internet access, an up-to-date web browser and support for basic web technologies such as HTML, CSS and JavaScript.
